By voluntarily participating in The Cutest Lil Counter Protest (The Activity), you are acknowledging the risks involved such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from your own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity location (s) or facility (ies). Nonetheless, you assume all risks of your participation in this Activity, whether known or unknown, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity.
By voluntarily participating in this Activity you agree to forever hold harmless the Organizers from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of your participation in this Activity, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity. If the Organizers incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse the Organizers.
By voluntarily participating and/or voluntarily bringing a minor Participant in this Activity, I agree I have read this liability and waiver statement and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of voluntarily participating, including (a) releasing the Organizers from all liability on my and the Participant’s behalf, (b) waiving my and the Participant’s right to sue the Organizers, (c) and assuming all risks of my and my Participant’s participation in this Activity, including travel to and from the Event (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity. I allow the Participant to participate in this Activity. I understand that I am responsible for the obligations and acts of the Participant as described in this statement. I agree to be bound by the terms of this statement.
By voluntarily participating, you are committed to participate non-violently and in accordance with the law, and to work to de-escalate confrontations with opposing persons or others. The Organizers and all Co-Hosts do not endorse civil disobedience or unlawful activity and is not soliciting your participation in any such activity. You agree (i) not to engage in any act of violence or violation of any applicable law, (ii) to obey the orders of the Organizers and law enforcement authorities.
